Can I change my subscription?
You're always in total control of your subscription. You can pause, skip, add or swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will my subscription order arrive?
Your first subscription order will submit for shipment as soon as you order. You will receive a delivery between 2-7 business days from the shipment date, depending on where you live. You'll receive shipment tracking info in your inbox.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your Daytrip account and under 'Active Subscriptions' select "Manage Subscription". Scroll down to the bottom and hit "cancel". Perform this step for each of your subscription products that you would like to cancel.
After completion, you will receive a notification of your subscription cancellation. You can always reactivate your subscription at any time, as well as add products or simply reactivate your original subscription.
How soon must I cancel before my next order processes?
Orders must be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment date.
