Daytrip Shipping PolicyUS SHIPPING
All in stock orders ship the same day or next day from the time the order has been placed. A tracking number will automatically be emailed to you and can also be found by logging into your Daytrip account (www.WeAreDaytrip.com).
All USA orders ship via UPS, USPS, or DHL via Ground Service with delivery 3-7 business days from the time the order was placed. We currently do not offer International shipping via our website but please contact us if you are interested in Daytrip beverages and you live outside of the USA.
Subscription customers will receive their first order in 3-7 business days from the time the order has been placed and then every “X” days thereafter depending on subscription choice.
REFUND & DAMAGES POLICYWhat do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. E-mail us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.What do I do if I want a refund?
Daytrip loves a happy customer. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase within 30 days to the method of original payment.We Ship Ground
