Daytrip Shipping Policy

US SHIPPING

All in stock orders ship the same day or next day from the time the order has been placed. A tracking number will automatically be emailed to you and can also be found by logging into your Daytrip account (www.WeAreDaytrip.com).

All USA orders ship via UPS or USPS with delivery 3-7 business days from the time the order was placed. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii or Alaska. We currently do not offer International shipping via our website but please contact us if you are interested in Daytrip beverages and you live outside of the USA.

Subscription customers will receive their first order in 3-7 business days from the time the order has been placed and then every "X" days thereafter depending on subscription choice.

Refund & Damages Policy

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.


If your shipment arrives damaged, e-mail us at hello@wearedaytrip.com with a photo showing the cans are damaged and unusable, and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.


What do I do if I want a refund?


In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, our replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective or damaged.


Please send us an email at hello@wearedaytrip.com with images of the defective or damaged items to start the exchange process. If it is more than 30 days since your purchase, we can no longer offer a replacement order.
